I know what VPNs are but im not sure how to go about properly using them or where to get started. I've heard majority must disclose information via an investigation though there are some that refuse, even an American company, anyone have the chart. What do you use or recommend. I mostly do AB stuff on the Dark.

Man, a VPN will be fine and you shouldn't really worry unless you are doing something brutally illegal like setting up hits or being a pedo like a sad cunt

PIA is simple to use especially with the software it comes with. It has a killswitch implemented which is a really nice addition.

No idea what AB stuff is though (what is it?)
