I'm looking for the most STABLE Gnome Arch experience... do I...
>Build scratch arch gnome
>Build a gnome desktop environment for Manjaro Minimal Net Edition
>Just install antergos

install antergos, never had a problem with it and doesn't introduce new bugs with stupid shit like Manjaro.
if you have the time just install arch and set it up, it isn't that hard either.
But avoid Manjaro unless you love the be face fucked by big mandingos.
stop being an autist and just get the new macbook

Build Arch from the scratch, that's the most stable way
>>57296929
Just install Arch using Arch Anywhere

>Do you want autism on your daily computing?
Arch.
>You don't?
Antergos.
ez
Arch has a PM with dependency management
Just follow the install instructions/use a script (arch had NO reason to ditch their old script, the maintainers just quit. Even plan 9 has an interactive installer ffs)
then
pacman -S gnome

I bought a macbook and only survived because of my autism
This shit is fucking unusable for normies. Everything is hidden, everything is a command+option+shift+key/click, everything is a "neat trick", and half the options are command line only or need a special app to expose them.
If you want to do more than safari, xcode, photoshop, and office in fullscreen its' awful
I think that's the only use case apple gives a fuck about. Cubicle slaves and iphone app devs.
