why do people provide pirated tv streams FOR FREE.. there's

the catch is that what was there today will probably be gone tomorrow. has happened to a lot sites streaming japanese tv shows.

Is there a list of all those TV streams anywhere? I'd rather not install Kodi for a single purpose.

There are tons of plugins that aggregate streams. Cloudtv for example. Dextertv was great but I read it went underground and you have to pay for it now.

Thanks for the help, but I guess I should have worded my question better. I'm looking for a way to avoid using Kodi on my PC. I just want a lightweight alternative so that I can stream without using Kodi, whether it be a big list of streaming sites, or some alternate program. Thanks again for the help!

Vlc can stream Tv using those m3u lists, also there is a program called Rosadin that does the same but is in spanish.
