Cuckness aside, is it more safe to fresh install a clean windows 10 iso and update it rather than getting the already patched iso that has "full" on it and has both english and russian language available?
It doesn't matter
It's the same shit either way, except you have to waste time updating with one and not the other.
Who am I kidding, you have to waste time updating with both.
I swear, windows 10 will do nothing but update in a few years.

Isn't this the ideal situation?

Explain
You can do an updated iso yourself, download WHDownloader and download the latest cumulative and compatible updates for the version of the ISO (for instance, "Anniversary Update" is version 1607), and then use ntLite to patch the iso with the updates, you can also disable some features of Windows 10 with ntLite like the automatic download of ""recommended"" store apps, like Candy Crush and that shit.
I did it myself and highly recommend it.
