When a motherboard is smaller than its rated size, it is a clear signal that they did some cost cutting.

it only has a 16x and 4x slot
if you wanna use 2 graphics cards, you're gonna have to use AMD cards, unless you wanna hack SLI to use NVIDIA.
It's worse than just that though, because 4x slots begin to bottleneck cards that have over 2gb of ram
The integrated graphics is an unnecessary expense, unless you're actually planning on using it for some reason.
Other than that it seems okay, reviews are a bit sketchy... Everyone seems to avoid overclocking with it.
Wouldn't recommend with its price
