As an educator in the public school system who has taught both middle school and high school CAD, programming, and other computer technology classes the past 15 years, I can bring some insight to this question.

Girls are simply not interested. Dont get me wrong here, there are very intelligent girls that are good at this stuff, but overall they dont like it, nor do they have the capacity to be motivated to think very pragmatically and logical. All of these attributes can be seen as early as middle school.

By the time 8 grade comes along, most of the technical classes I taught almost mirrors the stats Google has when it comes to their male:female employment ratio.

It is a losing battle, and unfortunately the bull dyke SJW are using this stat to claim white males are a problem. It simply is not.
