Why haven't you changed the connector on your headphones yet to a high quality gold plated on?
>>57287860
because i'm not a faggot that listens to music.
>>57287884
this
music is hallal
Gold is a worse conductor than copper.
Stop being Jewish.

>literally calls 99% of the population faggots.
>probably doesn't know what a vagina feels like.
>>57287860
It already is gold plated. Not that it actually does anything.
>>57287911
it's less reactive
the points is so you could have a copper connector (which would turn the color of the statue of liberty otherwise) plated in gold
>>57287946
>which would turn the color of the statue of liberty otherwise
That takes upwards of literal decades anon. Especially if you're constantly scratching it off by pushing it in and out of a socket.
>>57287860
Cheap electrically gold plated Chink 3.5mm jacks tarnish easily and they're made from dirty pot metal that's why I'm not interested.
>>57287860
>Came here for iPhone 7 joke
>>57287860
why havent you killed yourself yet
>>57287860
>not using gold plated power cables
its like people love distortion
>>57287860
makes no difference
>gold plated
in b4 some bullshit about muh resistance
>>57289072
it looks more gucci, extra epeen points
>>57287860
Gotta make sure nothing taints the quality of them mp3's, right?
You're all fucking retarded. Copper resistivity is 4 nano-Ohms per meter less than gold, but copper oxidizes. Gold never oxidizes, which makes it perfect for coating connectors to keep connections solid in the real world. Headphone cables see tons of abuse, and the gold helps make a good solid connection.
>>57288003
That green color is decades of copper oxide. But one years worth is just a dark color, while still increasing resistivity.
>>57289254
In fact let me add another point. Did you ever notice they always plate connectors with 24K gold. That just means its 100% pure gold. Because any less would include other metals that might still tarnish/corrode. 24K gold, even nanometers thick will NEVER corrode.
>>57287860
Because Apple says I need to be wireless now, so I wireless now.
Can't gold plate radio waves, bro.
>>57289264
>I'm not smart enough to polish metal
>>57289345
Not (Me), but 99.997% of retarded consumers are not going to polish their cables.
I would, if it were of concern.
Wires are for plebs, bluetooth is best
:^)
>>57289167
yeah I pretty much did it so I can use a pair of airplane headphones and it also looks pretty cool.
This mighty be the place to ask, how do I minimize GPU feedback in my audio? I hear noises based on what's on the screen through my headset, and it's annoying as fuck.
Are there little 3.5mm ferrite filters out there? I've been searching for a while but all I can find are chinkshit car audio filters.

Buy an external DAC
>>57289733
What youll want is probably an Isolator.

>>57289787
USB Cable will probably still carry the noise.
Good option if you have an Optical out on your righ though. Probably can be fixed with a $2 isolator though
