How the fuck do I prevent YouTube videos from loading in 720p all the time??!
Most of the time I don't care about HD quality, it's often commentary that I'm only listening to while working in another video so I set it low. 360 or even 240. I see no reason to waste bandwidth in these cases.
Yet most of the time when I open videos to fullscreen, and almost every goddamn time I open an embedded YouTube vid, it starts loading in 720 again automatically. How do I stop this??

There was an option to not load HD but its gone now, no idea when it disappeared, I haven't used the Youtube interface proper in ages, just mpsyt (mps + youtubedl)
