If Hilary was using her email to do shady stuff why didn't she just use PGP? I mean it's easy to setup, it can be used on almost any device and it would have made her emails unbreakable assuming she used a 16+ character passphrase that she would only use for PGP - she could have even insisted that the other parties used PGP
