can /g/ help me fix this Play Store error?

i tried clearing cache/data, disabling/reenabling, updating Play Services, resetting my phone... Nothing seems to work.

any auggestions?

By reset you mean factory reset, right? If so I'd say either hardware, firmware or Google issue. Likely Google. Check your account on a PC, make sure its accessible and nothing weird is on it.
