How long would the iPhone Se last me ? I've used my 4 for five years straight and recently switched to Android only to be infuriated by the general screen size. i'm considering the SE but i'm worried it wouldn't last as long as my previous 4..
Should I, should I not ?

Why would it not last as long? If you think the 4 held up for that long than the SE will be no different. go for it.
4 years is a long time, i think the phone will hold up fine if you take care of it but a lot of cooler and more powerful shit is going to be out in the next 2 years
as long as that does not bother you, you should be fine

Yeah I got a new phone because it was becoming unbearaby slow, but I fear that in the upcoming years apple will go full retard and completely deny this sort of "side-iphone"

It could totally go different because of Apple 's current management

apple does not make a lot of phones and is usually pretty good about keeping them updated for 5 years or so
the thing is after 2 or 3 years software developers figure everyone has more powerful phones than you do and develop more complex CPU taxing software...which makes your phone feel slow
not much you can do about that though
most people i know who keep phones 5 years don't do anything but call text and maybe take photos with them, then it's ok
4 inches is the perfect screen size for me. Why is there no real Android phone to counter this iPhone se ?

Believe it or not I managed to do most of my media consumption on it until last year. This baby held up pretty good <3

yeah that's pretty good i gotta say
I use a Samsung on5 5inch screen that I paid $60 for, and i watch netflix movies on it like a boss, it's really pretty good
