Probably Class 10 speeds.
20-40mb/s
Up to 64GB of storage.

The Switch will have 32GB internal with no SD Card expansion, so I hope there's room on there for patches.

Whatever Macronix has cooked up. The card in the video shows 5 pins. Flash storage on 7 pin sata runs at about 500 nowadays. Lets say 3/4 pins are for read that would be about 250 MB/s
