Do you live in an apartment complex?

I had this problem for a longtime until I realized that it was my microwave causing the issues, and occasionally, when it's not my microwave, I'm left to assume that it's probably my neighbor's microwave.

I just noticed this... why is it only using 0.05% of WiFi what does that even mean? I think at the most only two people are on this WiFi right now...

Also my download of a ".gif" file just completely stopped and I don't know why but I can still use the internet just fine... it's a 12 MB file that has an estimate of 27 minutes to download...

What happens when you connect a ethernet cable? If the internet THEN is fine, then the problem is the router. Maybe the signal is bad or something.
