Hey guys. I couldn't decide whether to post this on /v/ or here, but I'll start here. So I bought Fallout New Vegas 2 days ago and I'm having some issues. At first I couldn't get the game past the intro scene, it would always crash. I finally found a fix to get it past the intro screen and now it runs at like 20 fps, which it shouldn't. Specs are pic related. Help?

Downgrading the driver is how I got the game to work in the first place, game is vanilla, I can't find a community fix that works right
