Since apps are technology...
I wanna quit smoking because i'm too poor to keep affording a pack per day, on a quick search i've seen there actually are apps to help you on the path to quit.
Has anyone here used any of those? How effective it really is when it comes to motivating you to quit smoking (Since it shows how much you'd save weekly on cigs and shit)? Is it really a viable concept for an app? Does that kind of thing have potential to help people?

Switch to rolling tabacco.
Problem solved.
If these apps are using tapering methods (especially if they have a database of cigarette types, nicotine amounts, etc.), they are probably effective for keeping track of your quitting effort. If you're not motivated ob your own to quit, I don't think an app will help with that per se, but it can be a useful tool.

Just vape. It's tastier and you can piss people off by blowing clouds in their face and talking shit about healthy you are
