The new Razer Blade looks like a perfect fit, but fucking 1800 bucks for the cheapest model is outrageous. Almost pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago but had second thoughts about the 960m. How well will that play current games, and stuff in a year or two. I don't play a lot of big titles, but I want to be able to play Squad and Dishonored 2 at good framerates. Msi made a half-height 750ti but they didnt do the same with 950. Jap market has a healthy demands for such type of card so Galax made at least 1 hh gtx950 (i found 2 hh cards on amazon.jp but not sure if the other is also made by galax) .
Already skipped 950 because i dont like the pricing so i really hope there will be a reasonably priced half-height 1050(ti)

AMD has too much faith in the developers. Most games won't be able to take advantage of these as the developers don't give a shit above optimization. They are betting on developer optimization for their GPUs like they did with their CPUs. Sure, an FX 8530 can match an i7 in programs that are optimized to use the cores, but most programs aren't. The same thing is going to happen for their GPUs, only a few games will be able to take full advantage of their GPUs.
