Take a number. If it's even, divide by two. If ti's odd, multiply by three and add one. For most numbers, you will eventually end up at one.

Write a program to determine the smallest number for which this is not the case. It's tricky and requires some clever, out-of-the-box thinking, but you should be able to figure it out.
