Astounding.
Why are Windows updates so terrible, is it legacy OS architecture? I can update my Loonix boxes while I can still use the system and I don't have to suffer through forced restarts. If I were to automate it the updates would just run and install without me even noticing, isn't this exactly what consumers would want from Windows?

>no understanding of what a First World country is
>muh original cold war definitions!!!
third world = developing country, i.e. African countries
second world = developed country that has fallen behind, i.e. USA, China, Eastern Europe et. al

So what, then, IS one of these few darling TRUE first world countries left? Let me guess, you're either going to say Japan or something Scandinavian.
Also nice list of countries that have "fallen behind." In what way has that happened to all those countries?

The classifications are based on their economies.

Well, Australia is a disaster. It's a humanitarian nightmare. But it has fallen from any standpoint. I mean, what do you need, a signed document? Take a look at Australia. It is so sad when you see what's happened. And a lot of this is because of emus.
