Does anyone know a fix for this? I disconnected my ps4 controller from my ps4 to use it on my ps tv and I cant reconnect it because the USB ports on my ps4 are broken. Connecting it through Bluetooth doesn't work either. Please help guys I don't want to have to repair or replace my ps4

You can't connect the controller without them. youll need to fix them.

Connect it to a PC and change the MAC address of the controller manually to your PS4's, like you used to with DS3, it will pair it then.

Go to bluetooth and add new device and press the SHARE+PS HOME buttons and hold them down for a few seconds on the controller you want to pair, select it from the list and boom, done. I do that all the time when I have used one of my DS4's with my PC, no need for USB.
