I'm using W10 and trying to PURGE it but I can't get it to boot from any media other than the HDD. I can't disable the modern UEFI boot because when I try to do the advanced settings restart, the machine just idles forever without ever restarting.

Good Xeons don't come with integrated graphics, and you should be able to change the graphics output in BIOS if hooking up the monitor to the graphics card doesn't work (it should).

I installed unofficeal service pack 4 for windows xp. Then I notice svchost.exe was consuming my cpu. I installed process explorer and I noticed it had much service going on so i tryed to disable automatic aupdates but it wont let me. Then I restarded. It's impossible to comprehend whatever comes out. The video is okay. The tab crashes after 2 seconds, and i have to reload the tab. When I check Task Manager>Processes>Memory I get 2,000,000,000 K Memory usage on one of the chorme.exe*32.
If I open a webm in new tab I can watch it with no problems.

In using ycm and need to set it up to use C, rather than C++. I understand that you need a makefile etc usually to generate a ycm_extra_conf. Bought the Arctic 120 Liquid Cooler for my pc and first time installing the pump, the 3 pin connector wasn't found in the BIOS (showed n/a) and didn't pump (one tube hot, other one cold). I plugged it into the chassis fan slot.

After unplugging the radiator from the CPU FAN slot and reinstalling the stock cooler, the pump began working and after installing it it worked fine for a month or two.

The problem has now re-emerged with a different motherboard where it worked first but suddenly stopped. I have no idea why the pump isn't pumping or being detected by the BIOS.
