the comparison is stupid. you want to compare full fledged distros to Windows, not the kernel. the real question is "what can NT do that Linux can't".

the single legit answer to this is legacy support. it is much easier to run ancient software on Windows than on Linux.

for everything else, Linux just shits over NT. it's not even close.
