I've had this card for couple of days and I am really happy with it.
I am really concerned about the 4 gb though as I am planning to keep it for the next 3-4 years.
Should I send it back and get the 8 gb version and pay 50 € more?
I do only 1080p gaming.
2-3 years with this card, if you really need 4 years then pay the €50

if your on 1080p and 1 monitor 99% of games won't even utilize the 4GB let alone 8GB I got the RX 470 4GB and it's pretty comfy
Also RX appreciation thraad

remember game devs are selling to the masses 99% of which have 1-2GB cards so more people can play without having to upgrade.
you'll be fine

I read an article a while back that asserted only 4k+ monitors and demanding games will ever push video ram to 4gb.
I'm not sure how much peace of mind one anon's recollection of one article months ago is worth to you, but there it is.

I got 8GB version cause UHD monitor. You should be fine with 1080p

Shadow warrior's textures already use 4g of vram.
Unlike everyone else, I do suggest the 8gb. 4 just isn't enough to be sure
I have a 3gb gtx 660. Never used more than 3gb of vram. If you're spending less than 400€ on a graphics card, i'm sure you know you won't get 60fps on ultra settings on newer games.
Just play on medium, it's comfy.
