The fuck is asus anti surge, played shadow warrior 2 for about 2 hours and my pc restarted with asus anti surge warning, i did a witcher 3 marathon for about 5 hours with no problems, only other time it happend was while playing gta v once, i have an r9 390 and a 600W power supply, nothing is overclocked

tldr: you have a bad psu or your motherboard is shit

PSUs are pretty cheap, just get a decently rated one and if the problems persist get a new MOBO too, also pretty cheap.
