My job uses Google Apps for our email. So when I sign in to my work email account, I'm signing in to a Google account, and thus if I do a Google search I do so while I'm signed in to that account.
Does the admin for my job's email server have access to my search history under that account?
no but nsa does
unless you trust a MITM certificate that bypasses the pinned google one, you got no problem

always check for keyloggers or services that shouldn't be running. if it's not your computer, they can see everything

how tech savvy are your coworkers?
I got a company phone that was always logged into some company gmail account. I was certain they could see everything I did on that phone, but then I showed two of the admins how to copy and paste. Like they were literally writing down on a piece of paper "control + c = copy."
So I'm pretty sure they didn't know how to spy on me.
