Could do exactly the same on Windows, but why would I? On my Linux install I've fully customized my workflow, so everything becomes a lot comfier. It also has noticeably better performance on my hardware compared to Win8.1 or 10.

I read and write E-Mails Surf the Web watch movies and youtube. Thats it. I just use Fedora because it works really well with my X220. Im thinking about getting a New chromebook.

Steam. Chat. Browse. Write music. Modify phone. Shop. Fuck around. Read. Learn. Record. Edit photos. Manage my servers.

Browse web, shitpost irc, program shit, play vidya, watch animu. Your OS really doesn't fucking matter nowadays.

Play games. Browse the internet. Watch a lot of pirated media. VoIP chat. Listen to music. Try out new software. Browse 4chan.

Literally normal computer usage. Watching YouTube, playing games, listening to music via Spotify, typing up documents via Google docs or libreoffice, watching TV shows and movies via Netflix, popcorn time, or plain torrents, occasionally bash or Python scripting and/or java and C programming

All my work is done via command line on a server running Ubuntu. I run windows on my personal laptop because I play games and visual novels.

No, you can set your "active hours" and the OS presumes you'll always only use it during the 12 hours it limits you to so if you for some reason use it earlier or later in the day it can fuck you.

I have two computer.
The older one runs is a debian based distro.
On that computer:
-I download and store movies and anime, then use Samba to share it as network storage to the main computer.
-Use it to download music from yt (I know, pleb, but I can't tell the difference and it's faster that way)

It's nothing really revolutionary, but it's a less powerfull machine that kinda works as ghetto server.
