Little things can make a pretty big difference. Going to the gym and paying attention to your appearance, finding some way to socialize and get more used to interacting with people and so on. They could help though. Well, you don't have to go to the gym to do a little exercising. You can go for a jog or even stay at home and do some sit-ups and whatnot. Doing something small like that helps me feel better about myself.

Finding people and socializing them is the harder part, but I'd say it's easier when you feel good about yourself and are more confident. It doesn't seem like such a daunting task anymore.

In the office I am normal enough I think, maybe too quiet, but I converse well when people want to talk. But I really don't socialize outside of work. After so many bad experiences, you expect more bad experiences, which causes you to lose interest.
