What the actual fuck, Windows updates everyday and changes the smallest thing that you won't even notice. I try to avoid these and postpone them, but it would force itself to update and it would take about 2 hours. Thinking about changing my operating system, any suggestions?

Fedora is okay.

Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, Elementary
other distros (besides maybe Ubuntu variants which are all similar) are too much trouble for what they are worth unless you really want the features they specialize in.

Since you're asking about other operating systems: Right now I am testing RemixOS on my laptop.
I am not planning on using it daily, just testing it. Do do plan to keep it installed and use it when I am in public places where I do not want to unlock my encrypted GNU/Linux installation and it does seem good enough for that. Bonus: Running even the most super-demanding Android games on intel i7 laptop hardware is super-fast.
It's worth a try if you want to experiment with something fun and alternative but I don't think I'd want this as my daily driver (yet).
