I think this is really interesting. If it actually does what it says, then it will basically tag 90% of all news as garbage.
Which is a good indicator- if it doesn't tag very much then you know it's garbage.

If this gets off the ground check for two things:
Bias (IE 'fact checking' discriminately). Only, say, left wing stuff gets 'fact checked'. Or that left wing stuff gets shown as garbage more than right wing stuff.
Lack of calling things garbage.
