Windows are wrong. Sometimes a full glass side panel can be acceptable, but I would argue against those on practicality.

I agree with the ugly part, but personally I wouldn't mind getting it if it was worth the buck. I have a "gaming" ASSus rog because it was cheaper than any "professional" laptop with same/worse specs and use it only for work. Just saying that if something's tagged as being for gaming, doesn't mean it's all that bad.

Laptops are a different thing from cases. Asus ROG ones are or at least were good value a while ago, had a friend get one for on the go video editing and she's happy with it.

Thanks. Of everything posted, these are by far closest to what I had in mind. Nothing too futuristic or overly MNML looking. Just regular looking cases that a big boy would have on his desk. PC-7B and PC-9NA both look nice. Would either of these be a mistake?

My Node 304 I use for my file server probably doesn't have an ounce plastic in it and is one of the nicest cases I've owned.

Lian Li is stupidly overpriced and well the point of diminishing returns for a computer case.

Go with whatever you fancy mang. You cannot really go wrong with Lian-Li. The cases are solid and they are superb for temps. Case is stone cold to the touch and has excellent ports/holes/etc. for cooling.
