My network here is Mikrotik HAP, Juniper EX2200-c (it was free), and a Unifi AC AP because nothing important gets connected by Wi-Fi.

not Bad for a lab. Just make sure to keep the repetition up. I like to set my lab up so in the morning I tell my brother to change something on the router ( Swap wires, turn off a box, etc.) Keeps you on your toes fixing problems like that.
I dont have a network stack home because im not autist
Work must stay at workplace
I really wanna get in to this line of work. Got a local university offering a two year degree on networks and security. Jump on it and work towards certs?
It'd be something since I don't have experience on the resume, and I hear certs but nothing else is just a red flag.
