As Debian testing shat itself with MATE's update and last vm I tried 16.10 seemed alright, I might actually use it as my main os.
I mean, with Debian I have a few tweaks to do to add things and make it fully functional, with Ubuntu it seems I'll have a few things to remove but it'll be fully functional from the start.
