I'd personally change the i3 to an i5/i7.
That's going to be the best change you can do, because you wouldn't have to change the motherboard and it'd affect any general computing performance, as well as any CPU bound games.
If you've only got a H series motherboard though, well, you'd probably be better off waiting for Volta or Navi as far as graphics cards go.
I mean, if you're desperate for more GPU power, sure, go for something like a 980ti or Fury (air) since they're going dirt cheap until all stock is sold.
But while your computer isn't an ideal spec, I suppose its not the end of the world to accept it for what it is for now.

If you are playing lots of CPU bound games though, getting an i5 or i7 would probably be the better option for you.

You can use the last option in the draw function(2nd>PGRM) in the TI-84 to do it. A equation is not needed.
