Hello /g/
Just installed for the first time Linux Ubuntu and i would like to change the aspect because i don't like it, so i wanna ask if you can suggest me some cool package to install.
I would like some minimalist graphic and not things too elaborate.
Thanks

Install a distribution called Fedora. They have a desktop option for something more traditional, called "Gnome Classic". You could pretty much just google gnome classic to see what I'm talking about. This exists on options other than fedora, but a giant amount of the development of gnome is actually behind fedora(red hat). Good luck.

grow up, manchild. video games are for kids
You can change it all. First:
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
then:
sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool
Mess around with it a bit, change the bar to the bottom and some aspects you like.
Then I suggest installing Numix, follow this guide: https://itsfoss.com/install-numix-ubuntu/

I'd look into different DEs (XFCE, KDE, MATE, LXDE) to see if any of those fit your preference more. I used to use Xubuntu and loved the shit out of it.
I've found that the first couple of months after installing Linux for the first time is purely just fucking about with different DEs and WMs to see which is the most comfy.
Using a slightly tinkered version of GNOME with Arch and it's comfy/10.
