Use OBS to stream it unlisted to any major streaming service (streamup is okay). Use a virtual audio device so you can't hear it Then you watch that stream with a buddy, outputting to your real audio device.

There's almost guaranteed to be a better way of doing this, but it was the first thing I could come up with in 30 seconds.
