it's hard to expect anonymity and bandwidth and latency all is one with a dedicated vpn service. they dont do that. they just dont care.

get a vps with a proper agreement for bandwidth and a proper service level agreement... run your own vpn to and proxy from it.... people don't handmake these things for you... done properly just as cheap but now you know some shit about routing and vpn implementations...

quit your provider now, they are a waste. stop and find a vps provider that can give you what you need, design a server that can do what you want it to do, and go for it... best and really only real way
