what are some qualities of a good technical interview question?

what are some qualities of a good technical interview question? It's for an internship so I'm trying not to filter for any domain-specific knowledge, but I can't think of anything that is like harder than fizzbuzz without requiring some weird trick.

Banter. Look for signs of autism and antisocial behavior. Avoid it. Fizzbuzz to close if they don't seem to be having an internal meltdown.

We do behavioral interviews in a separate round, and I did a bunch of those last year so I'm not too worried.
