What is the typical read speed of a dvd anyway? Installing

Mafia 3 is actually just 44GB, I guess just 6 DVDs make more sense then with an average of 8GB or so.

comparatively theyre faster than downloading (from my experience)
when I reinstalled Battlefield 3 once i used my discs and it steamed through the two discs in about 15'
im sure with something like Mafia 3 it would include Mafia 3 v1.0 and any future patch you'd need to download

As someone who lives in a rural country where the fastest available connection is overhead copper-wire ADSL topping out at around 200kb/s I have to say, get fucked all of you.
