Latest Android adoption rate: < 1% of devices
>>57016282
Is that taking into account iPhone7s?
>>57016282
Who cares lads? Android 5 is better than iOS because it isn't so stupidly restrictive on what you can do.
Honestly all I care about is that it isn't laggy, and won't limit what you can do.
>>57016408
>it isn't laggy
>Android
LOL
>tfw I use android so I can't play that cool imessages pool game with my friends
>>57016428
I've got a xperia z, and it doesn't lag. Even if it did, I'd rather have it lag then restrict you from doing anything.
If they didn't remove the headphone jack or at least added a second lighting port I would have considered getting an iphone but as usually apple figures out a way to fuck something up.
I'll stick to buying cheap android phones and replacing them every 2 years. Only an idiot would buy an expensive android device (expensive meaning $350+).
>>57016408
>>57016457
What restrictions?

Holy shit I didn't know iMessage had games now
>>57016528
it does and I'm sad because i'm an android cuck
>>57016491
Here's one. You can't disable it.
>>57016491
No file browser being the obvious one, 100 mb download limit, apparently if you download another web browser it still opens hyperlinks in safari.
There's going to be others which I'm forgetting.
Correction: "Apple devices" not "devices"
Mobile/Tablet Operating System Market Share. September, 2016. Android: 69.18 % iOS: 25.02 % Windows Phone: 2.35 % Java ME: 1.43 % Symbian: 1.11 ...
>>57016556
Not a particularly big deal
>>57016556
>>57016565
>It's a people pretend that they download files over 100MB on 4G and torrent on a phone episode
>>57016578
It's incredibly annoying, but no file browser is the worse by far.
>>57016600
>It's incredibly annoying
Sureeeeee
>>57016594
No file browser is the worst one shitlord.
>>57016565
Applefags still can't set a different default browser? Kek
>>57016594
Android users do that because torrent apps aren't banned like in iOS.
>>57016556
Doesn't work on android 5 too faggot. Don't know about the others
LAGDROID STATUS: BTFO'D
>>57016565
Download a good file manager on the App Store? Suits all my needs. The only thing iOS can't do is access muh mobile "games" save files.
>>57016658
pretty sure you can disable it on android
>>57016658
The one on Android is just a warning. You can still download the app.
>>57016688
Don't know didn't find any option. Of course you can always root it just like iOS.
>>57016699
What's jailbreak?
>>57016706
see this:
>>57016699
>>57016706
You don't have to root android to do incredibly simple tasks because it isn't so locked down.
THANK YOU BASED APPLE
>>57016282
6S here, watched my friends all download 10. Not gonna touch it til they iron out the fucking app compatability issues and other garbage. I'm pretty sure I'll be going "HuaWingDing" next time I buy a phone. 900 bucks is a lot for a texting brick.
>>57016594
you don't?
Android may not have the latest OS version adoption rate but even Android jelly bean does not have the problems in webm related. We also all get updates through OTA updates or our manufacture that while a little slow still exist.
Anyway this is coming from an ex iPhone 6s user. iPhones no matter how optimized and updated you make them, at the core still fucking blow. Only real thing the iPhone does not blow at is opening apps 100ms faster. Other than that, everything especially the camera blows.
>>57016949
>still exist
Not if your phone is 2 years old
>>57016912
You should consider getting a V20 if you love taking pics.
>>57016576
> Java ME: 1.43 %
I thought it died ages ago.
>>57016963
Then why are phones like the Note 3 still getting carrier OTA updates?
>>57016576
hmmmmmm

Whoops meant to quote >>57016766 to >>57016964
>>57017021
They don't
>>57017119
They literally do else my dad wouldn't bitch about having the update notification on his Note 3.
>>57016282
New isn't always great. Look at Windows 10
What is different with iOS 10 anyways?
>>57017210
It makes it easier for hackers to steal your data.

>>57017210
> New isn't always great
Oh you neo-luddite.
>>57017351
So are you still on Windows 8 or upgraded to 10?
>>57017142
thats probably been there for about 2 years
>>57017398
>literally just updated his stupid phone a few months ago that had a uodate pending for a few weeks
>he got another new OTA update notification about a week ago
K
>>57016723
You can't rely on jailbreaking forever. Apple will add a dm-verity equivalent and you'll be fucked.
>>57016723
>i use a massive gaping privilege escalation security hole exploit to get root privilege and basic android features and then prevent apple from patching it so i can keep those features, while inviting russian hackers to freely steal all of my login/passwords and data
>this is how utterly shit stock iOS is and what i'd rather settle with so i can "break out of jail"
>>57017924
iOS fags amiright?
Studied under a teacher who loved Macs. I respected him enough to not consider him a fag, especially when he told me iOS sucks big ol' asshole and isn't a good choice in phone for people that are literate in technology.
