Because if it's enough then they don't need to charge more for 1TB experience and should not apply any data cap, even europoors gets it. There's no data cap because only a small % of people's going to use a lot, so they're not gonna lose money.
Being forced to buy a 1TB experience to feel comfy, or being charged more if you exceed the data cap is just a scam that you americans fell for.
