Might have to double check in the future. You didn't have to setup DKIM proxy as well did you? I figure you might have something like spamd or spamassassin filtering. It'd only be sane.

Nope, I didn't bother. SPF records in DNS all I needed to get mainstream email providers to trust the emails and not mark them as spam.

I have a bit of a tinfoil hat as well, but I've almost given up on securing from irl/clearnet persona from Google. Even if I set up my shit perfectly, I end up emailing people who use Gmail. And getting normies to use PGP is basically not an option.

That's actually crazy to hear that SPF was all that was needed. I've been convinced that not only was SPF necessary, but also DKIM, was needed to MAYBE not get into spam-filters of email providers.

It's nice to hear that you don't get much spam though, I think if I look into this avenue some I'll still be setting it up, don't need a bot guessing around and getting it some how. That and it may not be for 100% IRL use. However that's the nice thing about having a mail server. You want an address JUST for one service? All you have to do is make yourself an address and forward messages to your actual address internally. Problematic email accounts can be changed or have certain messages routed to /dev/null.

I don't think I'll ever be able to cleanse myself of my online history, not that there's much. But being convinced as a small child to get a facebook account for no reason, among other accounts probably means there's no "deleting" things. Just I find in my belief, if I stop feeding them information, then they only know whom/where I was, not who/were I am Today. Getting normalfags to use PGP is practically impossible though. However as long as your domain is difficult to link to you (whois privacy, you haven't advertised it as yours outside of IRL contacts/friends, etc.) then all google knows is they're in contact with a [email protected]
