So do Samsung phones have Nvidia GPU's in their SOC's?

I thought they used whatever GPU was in the Qualcomm SoC's (forgot what the GPU was called, Mali or something)

Or are the Nvidia GPU's only for the Samsung's in house chips which never make it to the US?

Kinda sucks because the note series was actually rather good up until the note 5. And this phone probably would have been great if the batteries didn't start exploding.

Nvidia doesn't own their own foundries, so they contract it out to Samsung. Their mobile GPUs are either what Qualcomm puts in the Snapdragon-the Adreno; or the Mali for their in-house Exynos chips.

0.05 of either is a tiny amount that is well within margin of error. Fuck generally they're fine for +/- 5% because chargers, even official, will vary slightly and anything non-official could be off spec a bit either way.
