Found your problem.
Apparently you have to delete special .xml files to get rid of custom tiles and programs have to be in Start Menu folder to be addable.

Have a quick access link in explorer to your C:\Users\Titman\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs...
And copy your shortcuts there.
Will work for Steam shortcuts etc.
