Post music that makes you feel like a 1337 haXx0r while programming.

Sure does.
Vertical space is so important to programmers. More than half of the guys at my work have to turn their screens sideways.
I personally have an iPad hooked up as an external display to my iMac :^)
>>56982760
what monitor setup is that? 16:10 24'' ??
>>56982980
I can get you on all kinds of lists.

Celldweller is the kind of shit I had listened to when I was 12, but I have to say; this album is kinda good.

The guy has a golden ear for melodies, but the lyrics in his tracks are complete shit.
S/T and the Soundtrack series are pretty good, though. Almost on the same level as Zardonic.

This might be one of the best albums I've ever heard. Who could've expected that Radiohead, noise and a beat from a mexican rap song would go so well? This definitely placed the DADA netlabel on my "to check out more of" list.
Arpeggi is the album's highlight, by the way. The mexican high-energy drum beat from a rap song hums along, but quickly after the start, distortions start appearing amid the melody, stopping it at seemingly random times. Eventually, slowed-down voices with really soft, vaporwave-ish melodies, making you drowsy and sleepy - only to throw icy-cold water in your face with harsh, yet melodical noise, like the one from Merzbow's softer albums like Merzbeat, Dharama and Amlux. It has a certain melodical aspect to it, so it's not "pure" noise, but I really appreciate it.
The whole game's soundtrack really.

Icelandic indie music/dreamy Australian indie pop/Sonorist instrumental and Dadaist music.
Those heavy electrical tracks like the ones linked in the first posts, the Prodigy, synthwave like Perturbator/Kavinsky/etc, Celldweller and Zardonic are for for people who don't know any better.

Upload it to vocaroo, fampai.
>>56986666

That's even worse than preferring it. You probably have some kind of disorder.

I don't listen to music if I am programming, it's far too distracting. I do use a box fan so there's not absolute maddening silence (and I also love being cooled by a fan)
