guys i fucked up
i installed linux mint but i dont like it so i want to go back to windows. i followed the tutorial on microsoft but instead of using fdisk i used gparted and now i have an empty disk. However when i try to boot from windows cd my laptop says operating system not found
what the fuck do i do
You're not booting from the CD.

i went into the vaio support thingy and selected boot from optical drive/usb so i think i actually do

besides, i could boot up the linux mint installation cd just fine, its the windows 10 cd thats fucking up
Why don't you ask on the Windows support forum? After all, you paid for that proprietary software, surely you're entitled for some support.

google ntfs boot gparted & use a live cd next time ^^

I deleted the partitions in a live cd mate
Found the solution. I went into bios and changed the setting from UEFI to legacy
