The RX 480 outperforms the 1060 across the board once you take the throttling reference card out of the equation. A custom 480 at 1400MHz is just plain faster than a 1060 at 2100MHz.

My 670 did. All games, ultra, 1080p/60 FPS. Last game I played on it was Fallout 4. I did have to turn down godrays though but I've since upgraded.
