I'm not, I'm using the hosts file on all my devices and don't even visit 4chan outside clover app so I wouldn't see any ads even without blocking them. And people did report there are no advertisers here anyway.

I got pass for free on banner contest. I wish I could see ads because I feel it is not right. I used to click on ads on 4chan all of the time. Websites should look up to it.

I do however have ads hidden through CSS, how does that apply compared to blocking?
