I ordered this and plan on installing Antergos on it. Good idea? There aren't any compatibility issues, right?

I could but since I'm planning on installing Gnome anyway, installing Antergos seems to save me a lot of time

INSTALL ARCH YOU FAGGOT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PACMAN -S GNOME AND YOU FUCKING HAVE GNOME WHY WOULD YOU NOT INSTALL ARCH YOU FUCKING FAGGOT

Why install Arch if I'm not planning on using a minimal riced out wm? I could just install Antergos which is literally the same thing but saves me time off the install.

because the antergos installer is horrible, and there is no better installer than yourself

The installer is fine, you just click next and it does the rest. I've installed Arch on different machines at least 50 times over the past 7 years, I don't feel like having to track down and install every package I'll need for what'll basically be a Chinese cartoon machine with some light gaming
