Wait, disregard that, OP fucked up. It's $180, not $108. Not such a steal then, but still decent. W series keeps their value a bit better than the rest, W520s are still in the $350-$450 range and that screen will annihilate any X220 or T420.

Unless that T61 has a manufacturing date after 2006/06 (or something similar, don't really remember the exact date), the soldering between the motherboard and the gpu will fail, no exceptions.

The W500 had quite good specs (the screen), however finding drivers for the ATI FireGL, at least the one in T60p, is hell on earth.

However, for 180$ you'd probably be able to snipe a 1$ T420 or something on ebay
