Make 4chan open source, and find a way to distribute it with 1:1 parity so that there isn't a single point if failure.
We also need an admin who isn't afraid of operating at a loss and willing to spend money from his first job (cause let's be honest, 4chan admin isn't a real job, no matter how hard it is) to keeping this place up and running.

I'm not sure how web hosting laws work, but is it possible for an amorphous group of people to own something? Like, I'm imagining a bitcoin pool where we can donate money but the only way for money to go out is to go to predefined sinks, namely the web host and the domain registration.
