Why do people bother with using special password managing programs

Well firstly, no. And secondly, password managers have much more features.

Actually seems like a gold idea desu.
What if I put each password into a separate folder, and put those folders inside of each other?
Or have one passworded folder for each password and out them inside one passworded folder?

Remembering passwords isn't all that hard once you have a password hierarchy.

Lowest priority password can be shared across multiple services of different content which you don't deem important if exposed or lost.

Medium priority password is shared only across field related services. The information there should be guarded against being exposed but doesn't pose real financial risk.

High priority password should be unique per service that holds important financial and personal information. Such service may expose services of lower priority so it should be guarded at all cost.

This. It is precisely what pass does, plus some features for convenience (basically intuitive aliases for anything you would do repetetively).
Use git to sync, and you are good to go on all devices.

Or use KeePass and have a unique login for everything. If one is hacked? No big deal. Random mind blank and can't remember your banking password? Woops.

Or use a program like KeePass that already does this organization for you. Also, if you're storing the unencrypted file on disk.. rm'ing it is no guarantee its not still on the drive.

What difference does it make? If someone was trying to decrypt the file, they could just install the same password manager and access everything with just one password anyway.
